MEI-CFII-CFI Combination Course (more info) 
This Flight Instructor Course is an advanced course that will prepare the student for their MEI, CFII, and CFI Single Engine Add On Practical Examinations.   This combination course consists of 22.3 hrs of flying and a 35 hr ground course.  This course includes a minimum of 15.0 hrs of Multi-Engine PIC time!  The course is designed to to enhance ones knowledge and flight skills to the instructional level.

CFI Initial Single Engine (more info)     
The Third Coast Aviation CFI SEL course is an accelerated course that will prepare the student for their CFI Practical Examination in three weeks.  The course features a built in ground course of 20 hrs and an additional 10 hrs of one-on-one ground for flight debriefings and practical test preparation. 

CFII Course (more info)
The course features a 8 hour ground course and 5 hours of flying.
