Our Private Pilot and Instrument Ground Courses Now Include
Simulator (AATD) Time!
Private Pilot Ground Course
Next Class Start Date: TBA May 2010 15 weeks (Mondays
6-9pm)The Private Pilot Ground Course is perfect for anyone who is
interested in learning to fly. Whether you are a new
student or already a pilot, the Private Pilot Ground Course
will increase both your knowledge and competence.
In addition, you will also have the opportunity to pilot an
aircraft in our new redbird AATD (full motion simulator). At the
end of each course, individuals will have met the necessary
knowledge requirements to take the corresponding FAA airmen
knowledge written exam. One hour of simulator time
will be included with the ground course.
Instrument Ground Course
Next Class Start Date: TBA March 2010 16 weeks (Wed
6-9PM)
The Instrument Ground Course is designed to increase one's
knowledge in instrument flying and procedures. In
addition to the ground course, two hours of our redbird AATD
(full motion simulator) time will be included with this
course. This course
prepares the student for the FAA Written and oral portion of
the Practical Exam. Upon successful completion of the
course, students will have met the necessary requirements to
take the FAA Instrument Written Examination.
